I got this plant recently and it already wasn’t in good shape. I’m not sure how to care for it or what to do. I tried cutting off the dead parts but then new ones form. Any ideas?

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

I have one of these mine get upset when it’s cold or if they’ve been too overwatered they might need some nutrients try soaking a banana peel in water overnight and using the water to water your plant? I tried that on my polka dot plant when she was looking sick and she perked right up might work but I’m not 100% I have a lot of plants but I’m a newbie 😅

It looks like it may be a spider plant, if so they usually die from overwatering, so I’d only water a little every day or few days. On another note it should bounce right back if its roots still look healthy
