Check for pests!!! Could be thrips—look on the underside of the leaf for tiny thin black/brown lines/dots. If they are there touch the edge of them. If they move it’s thrips. Thrips lay their eggs inside the leaf and are some of the most difficult pests to get rid of, but it’s possible. I saved multiple plants last yr, it’s just a process

i’ve had 2 gloriosum that went through this! It could be a fungal/bacterial infection, spider mites or thrips. i’d check for signs of those pests or a nasty smell and go from there

You gotta repot them, but before that wash them. Spray them down with water to get off as many pests you can. Then wash with peppermint castile soap, wash them off and spray them down with neem oil. Over the next few weeks/months spray/wipe them down often with neem oil to get rid of all the pests Like I said they lay their eggs inside the plant so you gotta keep treating it until the eggs hatch and you kill those.

Check all your other plants bc they can fly and jump to other plants. Isolate the infected plants until all pests are gone
