does anybody have any propagating tips?? I just moved and can finally pot these guys but I’m scared they’ve been in water for too long and have no clue where to start with putting them in soil 🥲

They can stay in water a pretty long time. If you’re wanting to move them into soil I’d actually suggest you do a semi hydro set up first, as it will greatly reduce the risk of shock/die back while avoiding root system stress. Water roots don’t function the same as those grown in soil, and often have trouble acclimating if put directly into a potting mix.
