Is this a rare plant variety? I’ve never heard of it before. 25 is bonkers for that tiny guy but I guess if it’s rare its understandable

Yeah, it’s pretty rare. Not super popular though. I think it might be becoming more popular. Here’s a super mature one and I think the guy who cultivated it.

Look i understand it was a splurge, what this plant has working in her favor is she has a new leaf coming in—> might emerge in the next few weeks, and then it’s the beginning of the growing season. BUT I was sort of bamboozled because this is the picture they had on their listing, it’s just not at all the same 😭 but it’s alive so it’s not like I can demand a refund ATP.
