First Tulip blooms of the season. This was my first time growing tulips from a bulb. It was worth it.

Did you grow them in a greenhouse or outside? I’ve always wanted to grow them but I don’t know if they can grow in Wisconsin

They’re so lovely 🥺🥺 is it too late to plant them now ?! I’ve always wanted to try planting bulb plants like tulips hyacinth freesia

How often did you water them before they sprouted? I was watering mine every other day and I got so excited when I saw a little green sprout, but idk what happened that it died :/

I live in zone 9b, I bought the bag of bulbs last fall and just left them outside during the freezes. Eventually, I put them in the ground and just grew them on mine and my neighbor’s porch

Well, not in the ground, in pots

You might be a little on the late side. I had prepared them last fall and cold stratified them (by leaving them outside while the weather was above -8 C/20 F). Now is the time to plant summer and fall blooming flowers.

I just checked to make sure the top 1.5 inches of the soil are moist every couple days and if they aren’t I water them
