It’s most likely going to be either a watering issue (to much water or to little), pothos should be watered when the top 25-30% of the soil is dry. Or as this is a very variegated specimen, it is not getting enough light. Variegated plants don’t photosynthesis on the white parts. So they need more light to compensates

are you giving it enough water? are you giving it too much water? are you giving it enough light? how often do you water it? do you bottom water or top water? how much direct sun does it get in a day?
