Can you guy please help me figure out what these spots are on my monstera .. I’m scared for her and want to help her heal!

Depending on how close you keep them to light it could be sun spots. I usually rotate my plans so they get an even amount of light and can prevent that

Update: they are for sure sunspots. Just found some on my alocasia Quicksilver. It happens when the plant is getting too much direct sunlight.

Omg I feel dumb I was scared it would need more sun to compensate for the white in the leaves now I feel so bad

They do need more sun than the monstera deliciousa because of the white leaves. The monstera Thais and Albos don’t photosynthesis as well. But, direct light will scorch the leaves. You will now if the plant is not getting enough light, the white part will start browning if the plants needs more light.
