The soil on one of my plants has been molding and then starting to die (?) since I moved to a new place. I read that rubbing alcohol could get rid of it so I sprayed some watered down on the top of the soil, being careful not to get it on the leaves. I did that two days ago and it hasn't come back yet, if you want I can update you if it works or kills the plant. I don't really know much about houseplants tbh

That’s fine sometimes molding of the soil is normal, just let it dry out more
