You gave him a warm home, he’ll always appreciate you. But personally my 110 puppy loves routine, so every night he’s in bed with me while I scroll, watch a movie whatever. And then every night at 11, we go outside for the bathroom and then he goes straight to his dog bed and I give him a treat and he stays there all night no problem. So maybe just reward him when he goes in the bed then he’ll see it as something positive. My dog loves going to bed lol

I am sitting in my office chair and he is on the dog bed snoring, and while we lived with my parents he slept on a dog bed, so I know he’s fine but I just felt so terrible!
