Yeah my cats do this. One of them will start calling for him for uh. Humping time. And then clean him all over but the other cat Just wanted the attention but is getting sick of it and has started biting him or ignoring him completely. And it’s only those two.

My cats do this with my dog and it’s kinda funny to watch. Hes a massive German shepherd and they’re just little cats desperately trying to groom him all over and after 10 minutes he just gets up and walks away and then they get mad at him like it wouldn’t take them alllll day to groom him fully 😂😂
