Start credit early pay everything on time and keep the balances below 30%

so I’ve got everything paid off but I’ve had credit for like 18 months I get like 12 points a month around 700

You can open a new line of credit (credit card, loan) which will slightly decrease your score for a couple weeks and then it’ll bounce up around 20pts
