About what was your tuition and how much of that did you have before college if you don’t mind me asking? Hearing your parents were stationed in the area even after you committed makes me wonder if you got extra financial aid. Not taking away from your accomplishments ofc cuz that’s amazing!

I just had two jobs through all of college and worked as many hours as a could. Plus I was fortunate enough that my parents got stationed in the area soon after I chose my college, so I lived with them. Based off what my friends have paid for rent, that saved me about 20k over the course of 4 years

I also made it a goal to not buy anything unnecessary, and I only “went out” on special occasions (friends birthdays, etc.) because that wasn’t really my scene. My only real splurge was a vacation once or twice a year
