Hi, im OP. My parents are terrible people. I dont feel any connection towards them. Im 20 and they ignored me my entire childhood and now I live thousands of miles away, and even despite that I make an effort but they kinda just ignore me. They are visiting me rn and my Dad would rather take a nap then go on a walk with me, so as soon as I can Im cutting them off.

Same. Except it’s just my mom. She’s been verbally and emotionally abusive. She has said terrible things to me and done terrible things. After all of that, she thinks that I owe her everything, like I should cherish her and bow down to her. everyday she thinks everything is okay. But she has threatened to kick me out twice so I can’t forgive that or anything thing she has done/said. so I just put on an act so she won’t threaten anything and I can wait to get enough money to move out.

Yeah mom likes to touch lil boys and dad has like 8 different kids and couch surfs between friends and baby mamas haven’t seen him since I was 14 and haven’t talked to my mom since I moved to college. We were CPS’s favorite family growing lmao
