furries usually dont involve sex btw, its a common misconception (not saying it cant but it isnt the majority of them). theyre often autistic individuals who find a sense of comfort & enjoyment in anthropomorphic animals so they draw them, design characters for themselves, & dress up as those characters. ive found a lot of ppl arent aware of this which adds to the stigma surrounding them so i wanted to share
