Ask the landlord once kindly about a potential upgrade/checkup on the system but it might be a suck it up and pay for your own if its that big of a problem

Check if you have Verizon home internet or T-Mobile 5g home internet in your area. They’re usually better than what your apartment is providing

This ^ also try unplugging the router for 5-10 min then plugging it back in. Doing that periodically has helped my WiFi a lot
