Sometimes it’s safer to not get an official diagnosis if you can live without one

Alice-In-Wonderland syndrome. It's a fairly specific set of symptoms so it's not too unreasonable to self-diagnose

Haven’t gone through the effort to get an ocd diagnosis but I compulsively count to five repeatedly while touching the faucet to check that it is off. So like. Yeah I got that.

Yeah anxiety. It’s pretty obvious, and therapist in the past have told me I could get diagnosed.
