Pluto is smaller than our moon. If it was closer to the sun the ice would melt and it wouldn’t even be spherical. Tell me how that’s a planet

You guys are lowkey kinda dumb. What makes Pluto a planet but not Eris, Sedna, Ceres, Vesta, Makemake, Orcus, Gongong, Salacia, Mani, Aya, or any of the other thousands of dwarf planets in the Solar System?

Pluto isn’t a planet, there’s multiple other objects in our solar system larger than Pluto that are also not recognized as planets

Pluto doesn’t even have gravitational dominance over its own moon how is it a planet? Really, it should be considered one object in a dwarf planet binary system.
