Ok some people are simply content and happy by themselves, with their pets, working, or in my case even going out to the bars. Others, may have mental health disorders and anxiety/depression.

Honestly I never thought about it, but looking back on my toxic highschool relationship, that does fit her, and for good reason. She makes terrible decisions and ruins every relationship she has, platonic or romantic. One person from high school is still friends with her to my knowledge.
