Nuerosci and psych can overlap a lot but so can psych and human services, its entirely track based

i would say yes because the study of the human mind (at least in the modern era) involves the scientific method

But for neuro u need a lot of chem physics math and bio prerequisites. Psyc on the other hand u usually just need to take stats

Bio psych is very stem heavy, it depends on your track, a social psych focused student will not do nearly as much stem compared to a bio psych focused student, thats chem, human bio, nuero, sometimes even forensics and other adjacent stuff, developmental sciences are also tied to most psych disciplines

Ya that’s true but I feel like in general psych isn’t stem. Like u have to specialize to make it into a stem but on a baseline it isn’t. Like psychology isn’t a stem subject but it can be if that makes sense

Which is why I said its track based 😭 you cant generalize yes or no when so many disciplines are swayed so heavily in one direction or the other

you can use the scientific method in psychology and study populations through statistics. that’s just my opinion tho there’s no right or wrong answer and i respect yours
