I think farmer is a little underrated, as someone from a state with a lot of farmland. There’s a lot of technical knowledge and global supply chain info you have to juggle.

I majored in English and I have a postgrad job lined up for about 40K with chance to double it to 70-80k+ with a Masters. It’s not gonna make me rich, but it’s a damn solid living.
