idk why this is overwhelmingly no. if you are obese and you have had trouble with everything else, you should totally try. if it doesn’t make you feel good just stop taking it, but there’s more to be gained than lost

It should be an absolute last resort! The long term harms of using glps for weight loss have not been studied yet and we're already seeing it cause people severe life altering problems. If youve tried everything else and your weight is severely impacting your QOL then go for it

No. Just reduce junk food intake, and don’t overeat. Even if it’s healthy, don’t overeat. Reduce your overall food consumption gradually, and you’ll start losing weight. Mix that with 10,000 steps a day along with 16:8 intermittent fasting, and you’ll really lose weight

that’s easier said than done. you can’t just get rid of a binge eating disorder. being on glp-1 literally saved my life
