I don’t really see a reason to dislike it because it is thoughtful and feels nice. I just end up throwing it somewhere in a corner, though, and the flowers just die. It’s always the thought that counts, though

Generally speaking, yes. Like if you’re going to get me something that expires it better be food that I’ll eat. But the flowers are from someone who doesn’t know I don’t want flowers then I’ll just take it as “it’s the thought that counts”

Yes, but only because I have really bad seasonal allergies and just having them in the house will clog up my sinuses and make my eyes puffy

I only dislike receiving succulents and cacti

Tbh I get that they die but I kinda like that about them because I’m tight on space and I can’t have a million 15$ things, the flowers are pretty and make me feel special

I’m very much an “it’s the thought that counts” person. While flowers aren’t something I’d ever buy myself and there are other gifts that I might technically enjoy more, I’m elated when someone gets me flowers just because that means they thought of me and wanted to do something for me :)
