That makes me wonder. Is it just the unusual and out of place stuff that makes it more creepy? If it was a 5’10” figure with average build, that’s what we’re kind of used to. 7’ is a rarity. Do we in our nature as humans identify “this is not ordinary” and categorize it as a threat? Maybe that’s why the strange has an impact on us and how it creates fear. Identification of a predator or threat maybe.
