Always in store for small businesses, the physical support DOES make a difference. I find in store easier but sometimes being far end of straight sizes it can be hard to find stuff so i browse in store and then order online after especially for chains

I like the experience of shopping in store more but my style is too niche so I like the products online a lot more so idk

I like going to my local antique mall to buy coins. But I’m so far down the rabbit hole, it’s hard to find anything I need. (Within price range of a broke person)

In store is just so fun. Especially the mall. Plus, you can actually see & feel the material versus trusting online reviews. And sometimes I’m impatient, like I want my clothes NOW even if I’m not gonna wear them right away😭

Online solely cause there’s more options but in store and ideally when there aren’t that many people there

Mostly store, because you see the item you want, and get to take it home the same day.
