I want to live 10 minutes outside of town in a very rural area, but being only 10 minutes outside a larger suburban area/city I could go “into town” anytime I needed anything or wanted to do something.

I looove living in a city I love public transit and being a 5 minute walk from Target and there always being some kind of fun community event close by and living above a 24-hour 7/11 and seeing something new and interesting every day

I’ve lived in the suburbs, a massive city, and in a small town. I’d def go with small town or rural

Outside of, but close to, a larger city is my ideal. Close enough for resources and work, far enough for a little more quiet.
