You should get at least between 930 & 830 hours of sleep each night to feel refreshed in the morning and enter REM sleep

I wake up at 5am everyday and go to sleep by 8-9pm. I feel very rested! 10:30 is pushing it

Everyone’s necessary amount of sleep is different. I only need about 6-7 hours to function perfectly, anything more or less than that I wake up tired and groggy, figure out what works for YOU & your body, yes of course “everyone needs 8 hours☝️🤓” but no, look it up, everyone needs a different amount & you need to find your sweet spot

Sorry if this is hard to read, but sleep needs decrease as you age, like I said, I only need about 6-7 hours, it really depends on the person, try different things out, try and keep track & find what works
