Ai isnt as pervasive in 3rd world countries bc to be blunt they cant afford the tech and data centers and the data centers are a majority of the problem so it makes sense that they wouldnt be concerned with it

Trust me it's not, they are falling behind in education, and the schools there suck. It's the reason why many teenagers turn to gang violence and illegal drugs
