The fact that this poll is not 100% pro vaccine is really sad

FUCK this reminded me I need to go get my vaccine. I need to write it down somewhere or something, it’s gonna get a bit too late very soon

One of the places where West Virginia is ahead is the requirement of all children to be vaccinated to attend public school with medical exceptions only.

Every conversation I’ve had with an antivaxxer has lead me to believe that the root of the movement is a general distrust in medical science combined with an astonishingly poor understanding of human biology, with a heavy dose of the Dunning-Kruger effect on top.

Complications due to the COVID vaccine are very rare. It is more likely someone who is healthy dies from COVID than they do getting the vaccine. For over 99.9% of people, the vaccine only benefits them

The Covid Vaccine hasn’t been proven to alleviate any of the symptoms or prevention of Covid and has raised instances of blood clotting leading to stroke in 100% of recipients. One of my dad’s patients received two doses and stroked out on the beach and one of my friends got thyroid cancer a couple years after. Just read some cases or research or something.

100% of recipients is an extremely outlandish number can I ask where you found that?

I'm so sorry that happened to those people, but the research shows cases like that are very rare. Myocarditis happens in about one in every 16,750 people for people 30 and less, and even then, people just need time to recover most of the time. You're way more likely to be hospitalized and/or die from COVID than that. Your first point is just flat out wrong, vaccines help reduce the chance you become hospitalized if you catch COVID making you less likely to experience long COVID

“Just read some cases or research or something” yeah the thing is their findings are generally in favor of vaccinations. Your anecdotal evidence does not negate them. The potential adverse reactions of the covid vaccine are also similar to adverse effects of being infected with COVID, and have a much higher chance of occurring from viral infection than from the vaccine.

“One of the causes for concern among the researchers, physicians, and generally the whole community from the onset of vaccination has been the adverse effects (specifically blood clots) that may be observed after the injection of the COVID-19 vaccine. In some countries, such concerns have even resulted in the temporary or permanent discontinuation or abandonment of the application of some vaccines (especially AstraZeneca and Janssen).” NIH.gov

You're talking about COVID vaccines that were pulled from the public. This doesn't apply to the mRNA ones or Novavax, both of those have found to be very safe.

Can’t you say the same argument that people under 30 aren’t dying of COVID so why do they need the vaccine?

Also the army published a study showing that the flu and covid vaccine didn’t reduce hospitalization

Why take the vaccine if it doesn’t do anything but harm you?

The average person doesn’t get harmed by vaccines and if there’s a chance it’ll prevent life threatening illness there isn’t much reason not to take it (assuming you don’t have the health risks that make it more dangerous and need to be considered)

Can you source this if you don't mind me asking? This goes against pretty much every finding scientists in medicine has made

The average person DOES get harmed by vaccines especially the Covid vaccine. Tetanus, rabies, polio, have been safely tested and not rushed through testing like the COVID shot and have been shown to be beneficial.

You're not citing most of your sources and the one you did takes things out of context? Do you mind sharing a link/study to one directly? Because the things you're saying are contradictory to the research we have

Watch Dr. Peter McCullough or Dr, Brandon Crawford, on YouTube. Also the Pentagon has banned the purchase and administration of Moderna’s mRNA flu shot across the U.S. military.

I think that #2 meant research articles with actual statistics, not the anecdotal claims of random youtubers. And quite frankly, the Pentagon operates on the whim of the President, who is antivax, so I don’t think it makes sense to assume that this choice was based on reality.
