Make both the soup and the burgers, just let your soup sit in a slow cooker overnight and have it for dinner the rest of the week but eat burgers tonight since your soup will be done so late

I’ve been CRAVING the potato soup, it’d be done around 11pm lol, otherwise… I wouldn’t be making it till next week😃

Crockpot on low. I adjusted the recipe to be in high so it takes 3-4
