Teleportation would require the immediate transfer of air from where you are going to where you just left. Otherwise you would create a pressure wave wherever you teleported to and I imagine that wouldn’t be good for you. Similar problem with super speed and air displacement.

Super speed and strength would prolly be the worst. Super speed would just tear your body apart. Same thing with strength. Your bones and tendons can’t support the weight of things that you should be able to life with super strength
