It's basically two different senses of the word right. Objectively no but like as a customer service philosophy you express regret and bend over backwards to help them. Still, at a certain point policies are policies, rules are rules..I do think the shit people try to get away with would piss me off.

Right like, if the costumer wants and is willing to pay for a jacked up burnt orange bedazzled F-250 fucking let them. But that doesn’t mean they’re right when they start arguing about not wanting headlights.
