Okay but 230 to 110 on a girl is insane, 380-250 on a guy is not as crazy, impressive yes but you still got work to do

As long as they lost it in a healthy way. And I don’t mean that to bash people with eating disorders, but that’s a dangerous amount to be dropping and I’d want them to get some help for themselves before worrying about a relationship

I’d prefer a girl who went from 110 to 230 tbh

This makes me feel better as a woman who started at 230 and is trying to get down to 130🥹 (currently down to 185🥳)

Yeah at 110 I’d be concerned she’s too skinny, honestly. It’s tough to maintain a BMI that low, so I’d be worried she has an ED in the opposite direction

It depends on height, if she’s short that’s fine but if not no

Well I wasn’t saying 4’10 yk. I was assuming like a 5’5-7 woman which is like averageish

My BMI was over 40 (morbidly obese) and I was pre diabetic. My joints were also being severely impacted by the weight

Ayo congrats dawg! What are you doing to make progress? (My partner is in a similar boat and has obstructive sleep apnea because of their weight)

I’ve been working with a dietitian and physical therapist. I wasn’t getting anywhere because I have genetic issues that make basic exercise extremely difficult and I have an issue where my hunger signal wouldn’t shut off and I wouldn’t feel full but it was actually fixed when my doctor put me on a low dose of a glp-1. I’ve been off of it for a few months now and I’m still seeing progress
