Forgot one option: i’m not eligible because i’m a supervisor, manager, owner, or professional staff (MD, OD, JD, etc)

Was in a union in college, was great for countering unpaid overtime as a TA

Unions are not common in my profession (at least in the states). I could see some benefit.
