Never could follow the formal teaching of home keys and full 5-finger typing. I don’t use my pinkies and my fourth finger is only used for outliers, but I’m still pretty quick and don’t have to look.

Our public library had computer classes growing up and we did them, also got a family computer and I did typing games, we sometimes had a computer lab day at school , so like formal & informal
