Look at the actions Israel is bombing hospitals where Palestinians are giving birth, Israel is cutting off food supply, Israel is killing Palestinians, Israel is destroying Palestinian cultural heritage, Israel is bombing Gaza

All of what you listed happens in warfare that results in innocent people dying. There are of course rules created that label these war crimes. This is what I mean, people are not using the word correctly then slapping it on to this conflict. The holocaust was a genocide, what the Soviet Union did putting people in gulags that was genocide. This, is just a country committing war crimes by targeting civilians. The other side of the war isn’t not much better since they also target civilians.

Again target civilian locations is not an act of genocide it’s a war crime for targeting civilians. Just like how Hamas launched missiles into the music festival. Yeah the UN the very useful organization
