Depends on how long I’m doing it for, long term it’s definitely easier to go up, it doesn’t strain my knees nearly as much. My issue isn’t strength or endurance, it’s how long it takes before my knees start to dislocate from the strain

That's a question of would I rather have excruciating knee pain or be unable to breathe

Jogging downhill can really screw up your left knee

Am disabled so stairs are a no and uphill is very difficult in a wheelchair but downhill is a little scary

I have horrible balance and looking down stairs gives me vertigo. I also have horrible knees, shoutout to being disabled since middle school </3 Going up is difficult but it’s manageable, going down is terrifying and I feel bad for how slow I am if there’s no other option

I can’t go downhill because of my right knee issue, but I can sprint uphill. Screw you kneecap!
