Do you agree with the man who set fire to that warehouse in California because the company wasn’t paying the workers enough?

Put countless people’s lives at risk because he didn’t think he was getting paid enough. Irresponsible, idiotic, selfish, dangerous, and pointless.

What should he have done instead?

Took out a huge loan, started an llc, and overpaid minimally educated employees. If he’s gonna ruin his life that’s one of the better ways to do it

Put the workers at risk, as well as the firefighters who had to put it out, as well as any civilian who has to breathe the fumes, and this is in CALIFORNIA. The risk of starting a wildfire from this is huge.

CA native here, a warehouse fire in a densely urbanized zone is not actually a huge risk of starting a wildfire

I know this is asking a lot of a person who couldn’t even figure out how to reply to a comment, but if you read what it says, you notice how it doesn’t say that it started in the middle of the city? That’s because it fucking didn’t. It started in the hills which is why it’s called a WILDfire.

But pls, continue to tell the person who has been taught abt wildfires since elementary school abt what’s a risk and what’s not (outside of fire season, mind you)

I think it’s honestly amazing that you’re from California, you must be an expert on fires, but as far as I am aware (and have been taught by the fire academy), fires spread. That means that they can move from a warehouse to vegetation and vice versa.

You had to be taught that fires spread? 🤣 A fire being able to spread doesn’t make it a wildfire risk, which is what you claimed that fire was (it was not). Loud AND wrong

I think a large fire in a 2 million square foot toilet paper warehouse in Los Angeles absolutely is a wildfire risk, especially during a red flag warning. I was just explaining to you that fires spread because you don’t seem to understand how that risk works. Palisades fire was only a bit more than a year ago. I think the damage from that demonstrates how bad this could have been, and I’m happy you get to live in such blissful ignorance.

It wasn’t in Los Angeles, literally Anaheim is closer to LA than Ontario. Residential and industrial fires are not common causes of wildfires, at least in CA, if you knew anything about the area, you would know that.

Like you’re literally more likely to start a fire dragging trailer chains on the highway 💀

Still having trouble w those replies bud? And also no one from the area would say they were from LA if they lived east of Anaheim

And yes. I am aware that residential and industrial fires are not common causes of wildfire. However, you’d be unreasonable if you thought that a fire of that scale couldn’t move quickly and turn into something much worse. Again, it’s a miracle no one was killed.
