I mean yeah but not the same as people not receiving the right help for what they have and wanting to find help and community on the internet

The prevalence of users here identifying as neurodivergent is fairly high by my estimation. As I said before, it surely does apply to some, but we’re living in a time where people self diagnose and terms are applied subjectively. Many seem to eagerly seek a label for themselves to feel special in a world where they feel unrecognized.

I mean yeah! I think we’re all aware of that, but also this is often a narrative people use to dismiss genuine neurodivergent struggles/conversations etc. and it’s not just a diagnosis that people use for this there are TONS of other ways people will feed that complex
