You mean like cooking/baking/patisserie, telling women we belong in the kitchen, then women make a career in said kitchen and then say not that kitchen.

I’m trying to understand if people think a 50/50 balance in every field is best or if it’s okay if it’s lopsided so long as women aren’t being disadvantaged
