How much of a per-recipient d-mail tax would be sufficient to deter spammers, but not affect legitimate interests? It would only apply to emails that travel between organizations, so emails entirely within your company or school are exempt

I don’t know if it would be unconstitutional, but it’s really dumb

I feel like most emails are just personal emails though? my school already flags anything from outside, the spam mostly goes to a different personal email. It doesn’t usually come from an organization email either. Pretty sure a tax on individual to individual email would be hated much more than appreciated.

Not really, spammers tend to send tons and tons of emails within a short time, so this might deter them
