I am a paid intern who gets a “stipend” that is based on hourly wage, so 3/5 of these things for one job. No joke 😭😭

Like you make an amount yearly. So you’re not paid for the hours you work, you’re paid to do work and show up between the hours expected of you. Think any corporate job, teachers, higher up management at some places,
