if he’s still not over her then breakup. it’s unfair to you if he’s not fully committed and it may cause unconscious resentment if you stay with him. ultimately it is up to you but you deserve someone who is fully committed to you

Thank you. That’s what I’m leaning towards as of now. They never dated but he has liked her for a really long time apparently. Like he told me “if we broke up I’d take her on a date. she looked beautiful.” Etc. it was hurtful to hear bc we’re so fresh but this is where trust is built but now idk if I can even trust him. He also snapped her afterwards and said how good it was to see her.
