Depending on where you get it from, not all ACAI is loaded with added sugars. Acai is naturally loaded with natural sugars, which yes gives it a high sugar content, however there is a major difference between natural and processed sugars. The natural sugars inside of acai are actually a requirement for your body to run, same sugars as other fruits.
