i usually get up at 6:30 and cant go back to sleep
but i can sleep in late if i dont take melatonin the night before which makes it hard to fall asleep so i end up sleeping around 4am and walking up at noon

We have to exercise for a minimum of 3 hrs everyday so that takes care of a lot of time and then we cook, clean, do school, and go to work

my non circadian sleep schedule has caused me to literally have to just move it forwards instead of backwards in the past, so ive woken up at all hours of the day before
