I actually see the words I’m thinking as if they were in a book, with just the few words before and after being clear and everything else being blurry. I’ll see if I can’t find an image example of kind of what it’s like.

Not exact but pretty similar to this. Whatever I’m saying/thinking is clear and everything beforehand is various shades of blurry and the things to come very much so.
