Never given money, I offer food/water and if they choose not to take it then thats their decision 🤷‍♀️ on a human level Ill support you but I wont put my money into your addiction

This reminded me I have dollar bills in my wallet. I go to an urban college with unsheltered often on sides of highway exit. Ty for the reminder

I never do money I do items and ask what they want giving money sometimes isn’t as helpful as it seems
