Underpants over pyjamas?

When it’s just me, I’m wearing a granny nightgown without underwear. It lets everything breathe without my body directly touching the sheets (which I don’t like) :)

Not to sound weird but I just have on goodnites since I have issues with wetting sometimes still. It’s a bit hot to wear pjs over them

depends if I’m wearing pants. no pants = underwear, pants = no underwear
