also college campuses, (depending on the school) lots of buildings don't require a school id to enter, you can use their libraries, go to common spaces (events and possible free snacks, food, or drinks!) look at pop ups with free snacks outside, look online or ask chatgpt what opportunities for free things they have on campus that day :) hope this helps!!
