I don’t know how people are choosing red and then trying to defend it. You are suicidal or a psychopath because if you choose red, someone dies, whether it’s you or someone else. But… but… if you choose blue everyone lives, so why would people chose red

Yeah it’s like going with the statistical assumption that there will be people that push both colors, blue is best. Especially because it only requires 50% of the population to save everyone. If you ran the experiment, more people would survive if blue won than if red won. Red is spiritually Israeli.

Here’s easy terms 100% Blue/ 0% Red= Everyone lives 90% Blue/ 10% Red= Everyone lives 51% Blue/ 49% Red= Everyone lives

i don’t trust that 50% of the world will choose to potentially sacrifice themselves if their lives were truly on the line 😭 look at what happened with covid. people wouldn’t even stay inside their house. i’m supposed to trust in their altruism??

I don’t think we are realizing the kind of world we live in. People are selfish and you can’t trust anyone nowadays so the fact that you think people are psychotic for wanting to live is kinda crazy

blue button ppl creating a problem that dosent have to exist. “guaranteed live” or “u might die but might not” like bruh who’s picking blue, everyone picks red no one dies. blue button is jumping off a bridge then asking for help instead of just crossing it, makes no sense

it’s correct to do so! red v blue is a poll.

Personally if I picked red then I’d feel responsible for killing someone and I’d rather die than have that happen

When everyone else does it they're selfish pricks; when you do it, you're an intelligent pragmatist. Got it.

I think you read the prompt wrong. Not everyone survives when you press red. If less than 50% press blue, (Basically if a majority chose red), then everyone who picked blue dies. Meanwhile if more than 50% chose blue, then anyone who chose red dies. If no one chooses red everyone lives simply because the fact that it says that if more than 50% chose blue EVERYONE survives.

You want someone to die if you choose red, because why would you choose red for any other reason than you want to make red be higher than 50% so everyone who chooses blue dies.

Yes if everyone chooses red no one dies, however if only 90% choose red, then 10% of blue dies. However if 90% choose blue then no one dies

49% Blue/ 51% Red= 49% Die 30% Blue/ 70% Red= 30% Die 0% Blue/ 100% Red= Everyone lives. Only way when choosing red to live is if you are a minority, (less than 50%), or every single person chooses red.
