Very few people claim to believe in pure Capitalism. That’s what Libertarians want. Conservatives do support a more capitalist system than liberals do, however.

Empirically and theoretically speaking it doesn’t. Immigration might lower real wages in the short run but in the long run, the supply of physical capital (machines, building, etc.) rises in tandem. Card (1990) shows that the explosive immigrant inflows in the 1980s in Miami had no effects on unemployment and wages.

Correct, we also are against free market capitalism in slavery, human trafficking, and other 'markets' putting people in working environments/situations that get them stuck at unlivably low wages or other human rights violations
